Can ski passes be purchased at the reception?
Ski passes can be purchased directly at the reception. The current ski pass prices apply!

Are there any discounts or cooperations with sports shops and ski schools?
There’s a ski hire and ski school right next to the hotel. There is a discount at Skiservice Walch / Oberlech ski hire and Oberlech ski school.

How long is the reception open?
8:00am - 8:00pm.

Informations on Check In & Check Out:
Check In: 4pm - 8pm
Check Out: 8am - 10am
Early arrival: Subject to availability on the day of arrival. Consultation with the reception is required!
Late arrival: Arrival after 8pm is no problem, please inform us in advance!
Late Check Out: Depending on availability on the day of departure. Consultation with the reception is required!

Information on restaurant:
Breakfast buffet: 7.30 am - 10am
Lunch: 12pm - 3 pm
Dinner: 6.30pm - 9 pm


The restaurant is closed on Monday evenings.
External guests are welcome on request and depending on availability.

Do I have to declare food intolerances or special diets?
We kindly ask you to inform us directly at the time of booking about special diets or food intolerances.

Are there parking facilities at the hotel?
There are no parking spaces at the hotel, as the centre of Oberlech is car-free. Garage parking spaces are available for a fee in the heated ‘Anger’ underground car park. Book the car park together with your room for € 26 per day. From there you can reach Hotel Burgwald with the Oberlech cable car!

Is there an e-charging station
The Green Garage Rüfiplatz underground car park has around 25 parking spaces with a charging station for electric vehicles. Use of the car park is subject to a fee.

Is there a spa?
Opening hours: 15:00 - 20:30

Towels and bathrobes are provided for you in your room

Is there a gym?
We do not have a fitness area on site.

Is a ski room available?
Our heated ski room is available to you free of charge.

Is there a washing machine and tumble dryer?
No, we don't have that.

Is the terrace also open to day guests?
Yes, of course day guests can also relax on our sun terrace.

Questions regarding the room/ suite

What is available in my room/suite?

  • Wi-Fi, bathrobes, towels, bed linen (allergy bed linen on request), hairdryer, care products from Rituals
  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms

Is there a daily cleaning service?
Yes, your room will be cleaned by us every day

Is there air conditioning in the rooms/suites?
Our rooms / suites do NOT include air conditioning.

Are there cots and highchairs?
Yes, on request and for a fee! Cot € 35.00 for the entire stay; high chair € 15.00 for the entire stay.

100% deposit 1 day before arrival
up to 16:00 prior to the day of arrival: free cancellation or modification
from 4:00 p.m. before the day of arrival: 100% cancellation and amendment fees

Can a booking be made without a credit card?
If you do not have a credit card, you are welcome to make the booking by telephone and pay by bank transfer.

How do I change or cancel an existing booking?
For change and cancellation requests, please contact us in writing. All bookings made through a tour operator or third-party provider must also be cancelled or amended through them.

Is it possible to pay on site?
We kindly ask you to settle the payment in due time according to the cancellation conditions. Payment on site is not possible.
