Warming up Sauna, steam bath and tepidarium
The sauna brings the classic heat, the steam bath the gentle moisture. The tepidarium keeps the warmth mild and long-lasting. Three stations, one goal, namely loosened muscles after a day on the slopes. In between, the Kneipp fountain provides the cold kick that gets your circulation going again.
Only at the Burgwald Rock grotto and alpha wave room
Two spots make our spa special. The rock grotto brings the mountain into the building, rugged, warm and soothing. The alpha wave room specifically relaxes the mind, ideal when your thoughts still have momentum after the day. Neither of these is found on every corner in the Arlberg.
